Domain requirements - What do we need? 4

  • Domain requirements

    Register a domain name

    In order to publish your website and make it visible to the world, you need to have a space setup on a web server, usually provided by an Internet Service Provider (ISP) into which your website files are placed.

    We recommend that you have a registered domain name, which would be similar to your trading name. Your domain name will need to be hosted by an ISP, and the type of account you will need with the ISP will be determined by the size of your website and the functions it performs.

    We understand this is an area of some uncertainty to most people, with it's own lingo and technical aspects. We are happy to manage this essential area of your website production without the necessity of your becoming involved with the ISP and will setup the most appropriate account for your particular needs.
